一鑊過 in one shot

一鑊過英文 in one shot

”一鑊過” (口語)(粗俗) 是指一次性, 一次過的意思 雖然和後兩者詞語意思大致相同,但

”一鑊過” 聽起來是比較有速度的感覺,和英文的 at one shot的速度感, 和口語化,

有異曲同工的效果。

(colloquial)(vulgar) ”一鑊過”means in/at one go, similar as一次性, 一次過. However, the connotation of ”一鑊過” is different from 一次性, 一次過 for native Cantonese speakers. The phrase implies a sense of doing something quickly or efficiently, often in a single, swift effort. This why I think “in one shot” is a better English translation in the terms of connotation.
